A rare and fine solid silver Surtout de Table made in Paris circa 1880.
Most Surtouts de Tables that you will find are made of silvered bronze or silver plate, therefore it is rare to find one that is made of fine silver 950. This piece was made in Paris and is correctly marked.
The feet are silvered bronze, soldered to solid silver plates.
