A beautiful rosewood, brass inlaid, high quality regency sofa table circa 1820. The main body has a drawer that is lockable. The brass banding inlay on the top and side of the table top. The main brass panels have a mythical bird both sides, surrounded by foliage.
The classical heart shaped column with brass inlay is supported by 4 splayed legs all finely inlayed with more brass, ending in lions paws brass casters of the finest quality.
Depth and colour of this piece is truly amazing.
