Extremely fine marquetry 12" dial longcase clock circa 1705 by George Burgis. Date aperature on 12 inch dial with signature George Burgis Londini fecit at the base of the dial. The dial has cherub squandrels in each corner and fine hands. Beautiful inlaid marquetry of flowers and foliage with a bird a the centre.
