George IV Cream Jug
London 1828 by Joseph Angel I
A fine George IV embossed creamer jug, the base embossed with flowers and the main body of the jug with pheasants in long grass. The handle is a stylistic pheasants head of exceptional quality. The jug retains it original silver gilt finish. The cartouche has initials and the underside of the base is engraved "A gift from her grandfather Robinson".
Makers mark rubbed.
